The agreement

These terms cover adsideō and adsideo.ai operated by Adsideo Inc, United States. Contact: support@adsideo.ai; 701 17th Ave Apt 407, Seattle, WA 98122, United States. You must have authority to accept for an organization. The beta is for adults aged 18 or over.

The Privacy Policy explains processing. General acceptance is not blanket consent to capture, marketing or biometric identification. Separate authorizations/notices and any signed organizational agreement apply to the respective processing.

Beta access and accounts

You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the authorized app for lawful personal or internal work purposes, subject to your plan. Beta features can be incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted or unavailable. Staged integrations are not represented as operational.

Secure your account and Mac; do not unlawfully share access or bypass controls. We may restrict use reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal requirements or security, with appropriate notice and an opportunity to resolve issues where feasible. Mandatory remedies/refund rights remain.

Permissions and other people

Have lawful authority for each source/account. Comply with applicable workplace, recording/communications, confidentiality and biometric requirements. macOS permission, OAuth consent, attendance, a visible name or public audio does not itself authorize every use of another person's information.

Give required notice and obtain required permissions before meeting capture. Do not covertly monitor people or enroll persistent voices without separate valid consent/authority and safeguards. Offer unnamed/meeting-only alternatives. Stop processing when authority ends.

Content and AI output

You retain your content rights. You authorize only processing reasonably necessary for enabled features and requested support, subject to the Privacy Policy and provider restrictions. This is not an unrestricted license to sell content or train general-purpose models.

OCR, transcription, summaries, speaker assignments, suggestions and drafts can be wrong. Check sources and identities. A proposal is not an approved decision; a speaker is not necessarily an owner. Do not use adsideō as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, insurance or safety decisions. Previewing does not authorize sending or publishing.

Connected services

Optional providers use their own consent flows. The current Gmail/Calendar connector is read-only. Connecting does not mean every import is already in the Brain or used across apps. Provider restrictions/API limits can affect availability.

Disconnect accounts or revoke access as described in the Google-data notice. Provider terms and Limited Use restrictions constrain data use even where these terms permit broader activity.

Payments and cancellation

Checkout must disclose seller, price, currency, tax, billing period, renewal terms, trial conversion, cancellation and refund rights before payment. Stripe does not replace Adsideo Inc's duties. These terms alone do not authorize a price or renewal.

Use the account billing portal or contact support@adsideo.ai for cancellation/refund help. Cancelling renewal differs from deleting an account, uninstalling or disconnecting Google.

Mandatory consumer rights apply, including applicable EU/UK withdrawal rights and Australian Consumer Law guarantees. A lawful loss of a digital-content withdrawal right requires the express agreement/acknowledgment required by law; app use or these terms alone does not provide it. No blanket “all sales final” rule overrides those rights. Regional checkout/cancellation requirements must be verified before paid launch.

Acceptable use

• Do not violate privacy, intellectual-property, communication or other rights; secretly record, harass, discriminate or misuse voice identities.
• Do not steal credentials, introduce malware, evade access controls or overload services.
• Do not redistribute or reverse engineer except where permitted by law, an applicable license or written agreement. Security research must remain lawfully authorized.
• Do not treat AI output as verified proof or use the beta for prohibited consequential decisions.

Ending use

You may stop use and request account closure. Export information you are entitled to keep before deletion. Local records, cloud accounts, subscriptions, provider authorization and independent backups need separate steps. Only records with a necessary lawful purpose may be retained.

Responsibility and remedies

To the extent legally permitted, the beta has no promise of uninterrupted service, flawless output or fitness for a particular purpose. Non-excludable rights, warranties, remedies and liabilities remain intact.

Nothing excludes fraud, deliberate misconduct, death/personal injury caused by negligence where protected, or other non-excludable liability. Privacy duties, regulator powers, consumer guarantees and non-users' rights remain. These terms do not transfer all regulatory liability to users or guarantee protection from fines.

Law, complaints and changes

Washington State law governs only where permitted. Consumers retain mandatory protections of their habitual residence and applicable local-court rights. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed. Contacting us to resolve a dispute does not waive statutory remedies.

Material changes receive appropriate notice and renewed agreement/consent where required, not retroactive permission for incompatible uses. Use the privacy process for data complaints.
