| Webflow and Spline software (self-hosted) | Animation code, runtime and scene assets are served from adsideo.ai, with fonts and CSS. They do not require browser requests to these vendors or their package CDNs. Hosting still exposes ordinary delivery metadata to the website host. |
| Product Hunt | The optional badge loads after optional-media permission. Enabled media can reveal browser/network information and use provider storage. |
| OpenAI (older builds only) | Older builds can enable remote pattern embeddings with a configured API key. Updated builds disable that network route and use local embeddings. Do not assume an older configured app has the updated boundary. |
| Microsoft and Slack (staged) | No user-data import merely because an integration button is displayed. Activation needs a configured provider registration, permissions, security/data-flow review and separate user authorization. |
International processing
Adsideo Inc is based in the US. Source inspection cannot establish a provider's configured storage, backup, support-access or onward-processing countries. Before a region is offered, the actual destinations and appropriate legal mechanisms must be recorded and reflected here. Do not infer EU residency, universal adequacy, executed EU/UK clauses, Brazilian clauses or Swiss guarantees from a vendor name.
Contractual processor terms, security measures and any required transfer risk assessment must match each actual role. Independent providers may have their own controller duties. The list cannot replace an organizational data-processing agreement or a verified processing register.
